介紹臺車式電(dian)阻爐爐底與爐頂
爐頂:
爐底起保持爐內(nei)熱量和承載工件的(de)(de)作用,通(tong)常臺車式(shi)電阻爐爐底結構是在(zai)爐底外殼鋼板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)用保溫(wen)磚砌成方格子(zi)狀,在(zai)格子(zi)內(nei)填充保溫(wen)材料(liao)散料(liao),再在(zai)上(shang)(shang)面平鋪(pu)1-2層保溫(wen)磚,接著鋪(pu)一層輕質粘(zhan)土磚,上(shang)(shang)面安置支(zhi)撐爐底板(ban)(ban)或導軌的(de)(de)重質粘(zhan)土磚和電熱元(yuan)件擱磚。
爐底:
爐頂(ding)(ding)(ding)結構(gou)有(you)平頂(ding)(ding)(ding)和(he)拱(gong)(gong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)兩(liang)種,熱(re)(re)處理爐大(da)都采(cai)用(yong)拱(gong)(gong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding),小型爐也可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)預制耐火材料平板爐頂(ding)(ding)(ding),大(da)型臺車(che)式(shi)電阻爐大(da)都采(cai)用(yong)吊裝式(shi)平頂(ding)(ding)(ding)。較大(da)的(de)臺車(che)式(shi)電阻爐為減輕重(zhong)量,還(huan)常另(ling)有(you)鋼架結構(gou)支撐拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao)。拱(gong)(gong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)圓心(xin)角(jiao)稱為拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao),標準拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao)為60度,拱(gong)(gong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)質(zhi)量及其受(shou)(shou)熱(re)(re)時產生的(de)膨脹力(li)形成的(de)側推力(li)作用(yong)在(zai)拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao)上。因此(ci),拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao)常用(yong)輕質(zhi)楔(xie)形磚(zhuan)砌(qi)筑,上砌(qi)筑輕質(zhi)保溫制品(pin),而拱(gong)(gong)角(jiao)則用(yong)重(zhong)質(zhi)磚(zhuan)砌(qi)筑,以承受(shou)(shou)較大(da)的(de)側推力(li)。
